Magnificent and good location in the middle of jackson, and 15 minute walk from Empire Mine State Park. Very helpful, accommodating people working here.

Its a bit run down but due to the service given by staff i was very glad to stay and would stay again. Please fix bath tub so we can use the bath tub and not just the shower.

This place was a convenient spot for exploring the area, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating.

Low class, no office on site

Questionable people staying there and "hanging around" outside. After checking in and going out to do business our motel door was kicked in and things of ours taken. The night propriator was kind and found us another motel.

The location here is wonderful, with free parking available, a wide variety of breakfast options, and an exceptionally helpful and professional staff.

The room was dirty, stains on the sheets, the breaskfast was rolls in plastic wrapper. The location was was bad. This place was a half way house. We actually , left in the middle of the night, we did not feel safe. I will never use booking. com again!

A very enjoyable way to end my trip. Newly remodelled hotel in a downtown area near to downtown, the manager, and price as well as Grass Valley. Excellent and favourable location to Condon Park. Clean rooms with comfortable beds, central heating, television and a microwave. Costs me$ 107.

As young people, we loved the friendly and helpful manager, Ness. The downtown area was easily accessible on foot.

Felt very well taken care of, no complaints.

The day we left

The reception is 1 mile away in another hotel, and there is no personel available. The lightbulbs in the bed lightening were missing. The cleaning was very bad and had not been done for some time. A lady upstairs had some commercial activities going on, and the bed was making noice every time throughout the night

I am sorry but there was not much I liked except the location.

The room had a broken & badly leaking toilet, the room was musty & loooked very rundown w/ somew lights not working. I do appreciate the response of the manager when I asked her for a refund because of the condition of the room. She was very polite & courteous. Your other motel up the street was very nice & I wish I had booked it instead.

The stay was great, the staff were friendly, the location was convenient to Empire Mine State Park, and we really enjoyed the breakfast offered.
